Producing of low pressure rubber hoses is one of the major responsibilities to promote the quality of cars in IRAN.In this regard, we have used our partner HUTCHINSON to produce radiator,air,fuel and oil hoses since 5 years ago.
With respect to know-how transfer, our professional engineers, skilled technicians and modern manufacturing equipments provide to supply our customers' needs.
We have reliable source for all kinds of low pressure hoses by knitting, braiding and spiraling machineries.
Curing process is an art, and trained workers produce the very complex shaped hoses, and experienced engineers design the mandrels for long complicated hoses.
Nowadays,our high capacity make us able to produce 2,500,000 parts annually then it place us as the largest supplier in this field to supply IRAN KHODRO as the biggest OEM in IRAN.
 
Our production lines are as following items:
- Two full automatic extrusion line for producing Radiator hoses manufactured by Germany 2002; 2007
- One full automatic braiding line for producing Hydraulic hoses manufactured by Germany 2002
- One full and semi automatic line for producing Air hoses manufactured by Germany 2002
- Three full rubber hoses curing line contains of autoclaves, especial conveyors, cleaning station
